Place chicken into the slow cooker. Add the Ranch dressing mix, Au Jus gravy mix, celery, carrots, chicken broth, pepperoncini pepper slices, and pepper juice. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, until chicken is cooked.
Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker.
Add noodles to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 15-30 minutes, until noodles are tender.
